Smoothie bowl with berries

I’ve lately started to really like to eat my smoothies with a spoon, instead of drinking it. This is probably because it gives me the option to put much more berries, granola, and seeds on top of the smoothie. By putting berries and seeds on top of the smoothie, it makes it much more filling. Usually my smoothie consists of some kind of mix of berries, but totally green smoothies are great too! In this one I had:

  • 2 dl strawberries
  • 1 dl blueberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1 dl oat milk
  • 2 dl spinach
  • 1 tbs chia seeds
  • 2 tbs hemp seeds
  • 0,5 dl oats
